Fresh Ideas from "Innovation goes Business", and TUM's great flash homepage

Header_IGB10 Yesterday the folks from Gnowsis attended the excellent enterpreneur event "Innovation Goes Business 2010". Its the yearly gathering of enterpreneurs and startups around the INiTS.at startup incubator. This time we have been at the Technical University of Vienna in the Kuppelsaal. We met new and old friends and had the chance to shake hands with the excellent speakers (such as Dr Josef Taus or Markus Wagner from i5 invest). The same way, people like you had the chance to get in touch with us and learn more about Cluug, our personal digital assistant who helps you find things in your information jungle. Many university employees and students took this chance to ask us about our product and our experiences of being a startup in the nice city of Vienna.

If you are not familiar with INiTS: Founded by the Technical University of Vienna and the University of Vienna, INiTS.at supports startups with funding, consulting, networking, and office space. Our business model and internal processes have evolved a lot based on the consulting we have been getting from them.

and a great flash homepage...
Attending the event was a team from the incubator of the Technical University of Munich. They are "the inits.at of Munich". www.unternehmertum.de is their online portal and I really love the way they used great design and animations to visualize what they do.

Check out their homepage and hover over the nice animations they have on their frontpage. Its well done and nice to watch. On top of that, the consultants from Munich are clever and nice people, we enjoyed sharing some stories with them during the event and also later at the after-show party at the Kunsthallencafe.
